In regards to points A & B, I believe that we need not tap into a "rainy day" fund as long as we continue to add to our debt. We need to cut spending and build up the "rainy day" fund before even considering tapping into it - as for B I believe if we relaxed or eliminated all of our drug laws that would take much stress and financial strain off of our law enforcement. |
